Capturing VIP preferences in real time

During peak arrivals 5–7 pm, I’m catching micro-preferences (Darjeeling over Earl Grey, late turndown) and logging them via an Airtable form on an iPad mini, then retyping into Opera. Has anyone found a way — through Kipsu, ALICE, or another bridge — to push those notes cleanly so we preserve nuance without slowing the welcome?

I ditched the double entry by having Airtable auto-format one “Profile Note” string — e.g., “VIP: ‘Darjeeling over Earl Grey’; late turndown” — then an automation pings it to Slack for the MOD to paste into Opera while I keep talking; small caveat: watch Opera’s note char limit — are you on OPERA Cloud or 5.x?
