When the pit is shoulder-to-shoulder at 11:30 PM and hosts are tied up, how are you handling on-the-spot comp asks without blowing the theo? I had six rated blackjack players at $50/hand pushing for dinner comps; ACSC showed $28 earned, and saying no cooled the whole row — do you float a courtesy comp and tighten elsewhere, or stick to the number?
