Improving Guest Communication with New Tech

We’ve recently introduced a new messaging app for our guests to communicate with the front desk more easily. It’s been a game changer in terms of response time, allowing us to address needs within minutes instead of the typical wait. I’d love to hear if others have had success with similar tools.
