When guests don't read the itinerary

Ever have a guest show up at your morning yoga class ready for a wild water sports adventure instead? It happens more than you think! I guess the ocean isn’t the only place with waves — sometimes reading the itinerary brings a tidal wave of confusion.

, that drives me nuts too! Guests seem to think they can just flip their plans without a second thought. I had one ask about switching a sunset sail for a cooking class right before mealtime.
